System simulation can be applied to a variety of different fields, and production and logistics system simulation analysis is the most typical application field. In modern smart production, any change adjustment without scientific analysis such as dynamic simulation, that means such decision made in a hurry undoubtedly puts the investment of the production at great risk.
Manufacturing is the process of transforming raw materials into the product or service for market demand through the production process using various resource allocations. In this process, different resources are continuously transferred in workshops, production lines and work stations until the production process is finally completed. All manufacturing such as automobiles, airplanes, ships, household appliances, computers, furniture manufacturing, etc. are such processes. In such a process, various resource conflicts and uncertainties are involved in the management of issues. In manufacturing, it is generally divided into discrete manufacturing and batch (process) manufacturing methods. In the discrete manufacturing process, there are various complexities brought about by various raw materials, semi-finished products, parts, tooling, appliances, conveying equipment, inventory management, production control and product change.
